i secured a superior room panoramic canal view extra bed. the room features robes and slippers, a handy touch. the hotel shop stocks drinks and snacks, and some supermarkets are nearby. the hotel sits on a quiet street alongside a canal, a real plus.
the elevator worked intermittently. i mentioned this issue to the front desk, yet the problem persisted .

the staff members were helpful and cooperative, they assisted me with every question. the reception staffs where very supportive and the breakfast staffs where excellent.

The location made walking to the rijksmuseum and van gogh museum straightforward. It took only five to ten minutes. it took about thirty minutes to walk to the anne frank house and to enjoy the city marvelously.

The room featured modern facilities. It had nice little touches like provided water and a refrigerator. I enjoyed the lovely view, especially from the large picture windows on the seventh floor (I was able to capture some great photos). Breakfast offered a lot (especially for Europe).
Our hotel room door was ajar after housekeeping cleaned it.

i adored the hotel's location, close to many museums and lovely dining. our room boasted a beautiful, panoramic view of the canal, it was like a dream. the self-checkout snack shop was also convenient, i enjoyed a treat. the staff were helpful and friendly, a true delight.

untrained staff rushed cleaning
The location was acceptable. All attractions were within a reasonable walking distance.
our room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon, despite multiple requests, and the cleaning felt rushed. Used bathroom towels wiped the glasses. A very disappointing experience given the price.

I booked a Standard Double or Twin Room. The location worked well, close to several museums and public transport was accessible. VERY NICE.
The elevator ramp from the lobby posed a slight challenge with luggage. AC was a bit weak.
